Savor the Season During Bounty of the County 2026 at One Lincoln Food & Spirits
August in Adams County is one of the most flavorful times of the year. As orchards begin to fill with fresh apples and peaches, farms harvest sweet corn and garden vegetables, and the community comes together to celebrate the incredible bounty grown right here in our own backyard.
This year, One Lincoln Food & Spirits at Hotel Gettysburg is proud to once again participate in Bounty of the County, a countywide culinary celebration highlighting locally inspired cuisine while supporting the future of Adams County agriculture. The special menu will be available August 7–16, 2026, with 25% of proceeds from featured menu items benefiting research and education for Adams County fruit growers.
A Taste of Adams County
Our culinary team has created a menu that showcases the flavors that define summer in south-central Pennsylvania.
Start your morning with Gingergold Apple Pancakes, celebrating one of the season’s earliest apple varieties, or enjoy a colorful Garden Vegetable Frittata filled with tomato, zucchini, squash, peppers, and spinach.
For lunch, enjoy seasonal favorites like our Caprese Salad featuring fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, basil, and peach balsamic, the hearty Southwest Chicken Wrap, or a comforting bowl of Crab and Corn Chowder.
Dinner highlights celebrate local produce in every bite. Indulge in our Pan-Seared Monkfish served with sweet corn succotash, blistered tomatoes, and basil beurre blanc, savor the Grilled Lamb Loin with creamy sweet corn risotto, or enjoy our fresh Vegetable Tagliatelle tossed with seasonal zucchini, squash, peppers, cherry tomatoes, and a light garlic cream sauce.
No summer meal is complete without dessert. Our Peach Apple Crumble, topped with sweet whipped mascarpone, is the perfect way to finish your dining experience. Pair it with one of our handcrafted seasonal cocktails, including the refreshing White Peach Sangria or the sparkling Apple Bellini.

By dining from our featured menu, you’ll help support ongoing research and educational initiatives that strengthen the local fruit-growing industry for generations to come. Twenty-five percent of proceeds from these special offerings are donated directly to these important efforts.
